The WMG SME Group's Polymer Innovation Network (PIN) returns on Wednesday 11th October 2017, 6.15pm - 8.30pm, with an interesting event which aims to explore the best of both worlds when metals and plastics combine.
We are pleased to confirm WMG's Professor Gordon Smith, Research Consultant, as Guest Speaker. Gordon will share his wide-ranging expertise on plastic processing with metals. Our industry speaker will be confirmed in the next few days.
For those new to PIN, its a unique networking event for all users, makers and processors of plastic and has successfully brought this important community together to help bridge the gap between industry and R&D.
We now wish to extend this opportunity to colleagues and businesses within the metals industry and assess the opportunity for developing a similar network facility. This will provide a substantial contact capability between industry and the cutting edge development happening within WMG. Through the WMG SME Group, it will provide access to expert help and technology to provide modern solutions to old problems.
