The WMG SME Group, based at the University of Warwick and known for its pioneering university support for innovation in small and medium sized businesses, will
be exhibiting at the annual Made in the Midlands Expo, taking place at the GTG
Training Centre in Wolverhampton on Thursday 12th May 2016.
Julian Moore, Marketing and Business Engagement Manager states, As a Gold Made
in the Midlands member, we are proud to be supporting this event, which has
grown in popularity over the years and provides a perfect opportunity for
business development, networking and product showcasing. Whilst we are able to
support SMEs nationally, we are also involved in a Black Country programme
to help manufacturing SMEs accelerate innovation, so this show is vital in
helping us reach out to businesses requiring support in the local area.
The WMG SME Group will also be promoting its hugely successful internship
programme for SMEs requiring additional resource and expertise to overcome technical
and strategic business challenges. These internships usually take place over
summer for a period of eight weeks, and rely upon input from a recent graduate
or student, with supervisory support from the WMG SME group and access to
selected equipment at WMG.

help your business create smart, innovative, products and processes.
