Additive Manufacturing - The Future
WMG in collaboration with the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) and Jaguar Land Rover are offering manufacturers in the West Midlands the opportunity to attend a free seminar to discover new technologies in the area of additive manufacturing (3D Printing).
The event, running on 13th June will feature the following presentations:
- Automotive Responses to 3D Printing by James Buchanan, Product Development Engineer, Jaguar Land Rover.
- Current & Future 3D Printing Applications, Dr Greg Gibbons, Head of Additive Layer Manufacturing Research, WMG.
- Capabilities & Support Available, Dr Mark Swift, Head of Small Business Programmes, WMG.
In addition to the presentation, attendees will be able to attend a hands-on workshop in the afternoon that will show how systems can be set up to move from prototyping to production.
