Back in July, WMG launched a new Innovation Business Leadership Programme, sponsored by Santander specifically for 20 leaders and senior managers in fast growing and innovative SME organisations.

17 senior managers are now signed up to the programme from organisations such as Made in the Midlands member Automotive Insulations Ltd, MAN Group companies Barkley Plastics Ltd, Alucast Ltd, C. Brandauer & Co Ltd and SMT Developments. Several senior managers of technology companies such as Black Pepper Software and Mayridge Ltd are also registered.

The programme is set to be hugely exciting running over the course of the year. Starting in October, there will be five three day modules covering important topics such as Strategy, Innovation, Leading, Managing, Marketing, Selling, Reputation Management, Operations, Building Skills, Operational Efficiency and Quality. The programme will equip current and future leaders with the skills they need to sustain growth and push their businesses forward.

Individual coaches will also be assigned to the participants and the cohort will benefit from some great networking opportunities as well as access to a range of cutting edge technologies available at WMG to support new product and service development. Once completed, participants will receive a Postgraduate Award from the University of Warwick which is one of the UK's top universities (ranking number 7 out of 123 in The Times 2015 University Guide).

If you would like to nominate yourself or a manager within your business to participate in the programme visit WMG's Executive Education webpage for more information or email [email protected].

You must act fast however, as the deadline date is Friday 26th September.
